Any num­ber of ques­tion­naires can be stored on one sys­tem. These can be swapped man­u­al­ly on the tablet or by remote con­trol from the head­quar­ters in Cologne. This means a sys­tem can be used for both employ­ees and cus­tomers as well as for events and trade fairs.


Alert System – response in real-time

Alerts can be stored for every rat­ing ques­tion, for every key­word in open text fields, as well as for sym­bols and num­bers. If key­words such as “wait­ing time”, “advice” or “out of stock” occur, an alert mail is auto­mat­i­cal­ly sent to select­ed peo­ple in the com­pa­ny. This means that action can be tak­en on the spot.


Closed loop – listen, analyse, optimise, communicate

Using the Say­Way “Closed loop” approach, every com­pa­ny can improve its per­for­mance in the short term. “Closed loop” basi­cal­ly means work­ing with the data col­lect­ed on an ongo­ing basis. The spe­cial fea­ture of this approach is that the changes, stim­uli or improve­ments result­ing from the feed­back are com­mu­ni­cat­ed back to the cus­tomers. And so the loop is closed.


No impact on existing IT Infrastructure

Say­Way can be imple­ment­ed com­plete­ly inde­pen­dent­ly of the exist­ing IT. The sys­tem is entire­ly self-suf­fi­cient. Data trans­fer is guar­an­teed through a 3G SIM card. Data is sent to our serv­er in Ger­many via the mobile net­work and the analysed data are made acces­si­ble online on a smart­phone or PC
