Any number of questionnaires can be stored on one system. These can be swapped manually on the tablet or by remote control from the headquarters in Cologne. This means a system can be used for both employees and customers as well as for events and trade fairs.
Alerts can be stored for every rating question, for every keyword in open text fields, as well as for symbols and numbers. If keywords such as “waiting time”, “advice” or “out of stock” occur, an alert mail is automatically sent to selected people in the company. This means that action can be taken on the spot.
Using the SayWay “Closed loop” approach, every company can improve its performance in the short term. “Closed loop” basically means working with the data collected on an ongoing basis. The special feature of this approach is that the changes, stimuli or improvements resulting from the feedback are communicated back to the customers. And so the loop is closed.
SayWay can be implemented completely independently of the existing IT. The system is entirely self-sufficient. Data transfer is guaranteed through a 3G SIM card. Data is sent to our server in Germany via the mobile network and the analysed data are made accessible online on a smartphone or PC.
